Refund policy

Refunds/Returns/Order Cancellations:

Once you have placed your order it can not be canceled or refunded.

Please choose your size to the best of your ability, if you need help with sizing please contact me via email. With that being said I will not accept a return for improper sizing.

 

Custom Orders:

If you are interested in ordering a custom, email me and we can work together on creating your one of a kind piece. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete, if more time is needed for completion I will let you know beforehand. All customs require a deposit that will go towards the final price of your piece. 

Jewelry Care and Repairs:

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted from .925 sterling/.999 fine silver and authentic stones from small lapidary artists. Gapped Tooth Silver jewelry is crafted with the intent that it will last a lifetime. In order to maintain your jewelry try to avoid wearing it in water or putting it in contact with chemicals and cleaners. Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place. This will help slow down the patina of the silver. If this does occur and you're unhappy with the antiqued look I suggest using a soft jewelry polishing cloth.

*Each piece of jewelry is handmade so there may be flaws or inconsistencies.

If any piece is in need of a repair please email me and I will do my best to fix it. Although, please keep in mind that I cannot accommodate all repairs such as resizing.
